Vibrating screen is also called circular vibrating sieve machine, which is composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis and other components. It adopts cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude of the vibrator, the vibrator is mounted on the side panel of the screen box, and it is rotated by the motor through the V-belt to produce centrifugal force, and forcing the vibration of screen box. No matter stone production line or sand making production line, they are inseparable from the shaker. The role of vibrating screen is not difficult to understand. It makes use of vibration sieve to sieve materials. When the materials are broken by crusher, then they are screened by vibrating screen.

The side panel of the screen machine is made of high quality steel, side panels and beams, shaker base is made of high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection. The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the sieve box,which is driven by a motor via a coupling, a centrifugal inertial force, forcing the sieve vibration. The vibrating screen adopts eccentric as excitation force, strong exciting force; sieve, beams and screen box use high strength bolts to join together, no welding; sieve machine is characterized by simple structure, convenient maintenance; tire coupling, flexible connection and smooth operation;high screening efficiency, large capacity, long life.

The corresponding arrangement of the diameter of the shaft and the housing bore is the same. The larger bearing group should match with larger diameter shaft group or the housing bore, while the ones of smaller size should match the bearings of smaller diameter. In the grouping operation process, the bearings with large gap match the relatively tight collocation and the bearings with small gap choose the loose collocation. The match obtained in this way can realize the most appropriate application of the bearing in the installation of the ball mill , not too tight or not too loose. For the materials that do not meet the requirements, when they are screened out, they are sent back to crusher for further crushing, until get the desired particle size.
