However, the particle shape from ball mill is good than raymond mill, so if customer is strict on particle shape, had better choose ball mill. While if not, Raymond mill is also better.

This ball mill has two warehouses and its outside runs along the gear,the material enters spirally and evenly to the first warehouse of the milling machine. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls , thus to make the material grinding and striking. After coarse grinding of the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board. finally, the powder is discharged by output material board and the process of grinding is completed.

However, When Raymond mill is put into use, the materials to be grinded are put into the main frame through the feed-in bin on the side cover. Then it revolves round the vertical axis line by the milling roller hung on the star rack. With the centrifugal force by rotation, milling roller wings outside and presses fast on milling rings to make relieving tool carry materials between milling roller and ring, thus the materials are crushed by the rolling and milling of the milling roller.
